We are in an unprecedented time. We have learnt from the last few months that the COVID Alert Levels may go up or down with limited notice.
We hope this page can help to explain how our service will operate depending on Alert Levels.
Alert Level 3 & 4:
We are closed.
All dental treatments are deferred.
We will be in touch to reschedule your appointment by phone or email.
If you need to see a dentist urgently due to pain / infection / injury, please call 09 4159090 and follow the instructions in the voicemail.
Alert Level 2:
We are open but will be operating differently.
We will email you a COVID-19 screening form, which must be completed before we can confirm your appointment.
Please come to your appointment alone.
Accompanying family and friends will need to wait in the car.
At All Alert Levels:
Please reschedule your appointment if you have any cold or flu symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of smell with or without fever).
Please use the hand sanitiser provided upon arrival, and before leaving the surgery.
Please scan the QR code at the door.
We will continue to follow the strictest guidelines from the New Zealand Dental Council to ensure safety of our patients and staff.
